The Analytics Club at ETH, ACE, aimed for a rebranding to improve identity and engagement. As a visual designer, I refined its logo, and colour scheme, and introduced a design system through key graphics for recognisability and emotional connection to the club. Though the project remained unexecuted, it sharpened my strategic planning and design skills.
The approach involved comprehensive research on ACE's existing visual identity and competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement. I proposed a refined logo, colour scheme, key graphics, margins, and grid system, along with usage guidelines and a revamped website structure. Iterative design processes, client feedback loops, and multiple presentations ensured alignment with goals for professionalism, credibility, recognisability, accessibility, emotional connection, consistency, and longevity.
